With a strong foundation in acute care nursing and administrative leadership, Rozina specializes in medical record analysis, expert opinion development, and timeline creation for complex litigation cases.

Rozina’s clinical career is built on over a decade of experience in nursing leadership, including her past roles as Director of Nursing at a health and rehab facility and Owner / Center Director at learning center, showcasing her skill in operations, team building, and quality improvement. Rozina is especially passionate about bridging the gap between healthcare and the legal system, using her specialized knowledge to support attorneys in medical malpractice and personal injury cases.

Known for her precision, compassion, and advocacy, Rozina is a go-to consultant when attorneys need accurate, clinically grounded insights into patient care.

Outside of her professional life, Rozina is a devoted mom to her daughter and an active member of the Memphis community. She runs "The Memphis Spark", a creative event planning and party rental business that adds magic to local celebrations.
